All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit, and at the quoted tariffs.

Breakfast is between 0900 hrs – 1000 hrs and no allowances can be made for meals not taken. Alternative breakfast times can be arranged with enough notice.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

The Marina cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property.

Accounts must be paid in full on arrival.  Cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

The cost of the first night is taken as deposit. If the booking is cancelled with 7 days notice or more, deposits will be refunded with no further monies due. If the cancellation notice is less than 7 days, full payment is required.

If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by The Marinal.  The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

The Marina reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests.

Surcharges may be applicable for one nights stay, single/under occupancy.
